Refund policy

Returns 
The Nashville Sweet Tea Company does not accept any returns.

If your products arrived damaged.  Please do not discard any of the items, take photos and notify us at contactus@sweetnashvilletea.com within three (3) calendar days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

I have purchased from one of your retailers and I would like to return the products. The Nashville Sweet Tea Company can only be purchased through our website. Purchases from outside vendors are not authorized and returns from outside vendors will not be honored. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Shipping 
Failed Delivery? We are not responsible for re-shipping costs if the package is returned to our Order Fulfillment Center due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if you the customer refused to accept the package. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
